Shipping and Returns
We ship our products on a Monday and a Thursday every week through Australia Post. We use parcel post with tracking included, so you'll receive an email once your goodies have been sent.
Shipping is FREE on all our socks and accessories and sent with untracked mail. For all moccasins and boots the shipping is $4.00 flat rate with tracking included.
Express post can be purchased for $10.50. All express orders are packed and posted ASAP after payment is received.
If you would like to pick up your goodies, put the order through as normal on the website. Use the discount code "PICKUP" at the checkout, and then email me to arrange a pick up time. All pick ups are from near Perth Airport.
New Zealand: $8.00 AUD flat rate
United States: $13.00 AUD flat rate
Everywhere else: $19.00 AUD flat rate
For domestic parcels you should receive the package within 14 days from shipment. There is no signature required on delivery.
All our socks and accessories cannot be shipped Internationally. If you purchase these items from outside of Australia, you will be refunded. You will also be charged a refund and processing fee.
Hugo & Co. does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels once posted.
We unfortunately don't do refunds for change of mind. However if you ordered the wrong size we will gladly exchange for a different size, in regard to moccasins only. We unfortunately don't do exchanges on socks or headwear unless they are faulty.
If by any chance that the product is faulty then a full refund will be given.
For all refunds/exchanges the items need to be returned unworn, not damaged and within 14 days of purchase.
All sale items are non refundable and cannot be returned.
Please note that all postage on returns/exchanges is at the expense of the customer. This will be the full postage fee of $8.00 AUD as charged by Australia Post.
